Oju wow, why don't you extend this to those outside naija too. I honestly would love to take better care of my hair but dont even have the time to look for all these products/don't know where to look. I guess this works for both natural and relaxed hair?

Congrats Dabs, this is to great beginnings. I actually want just the Heat Protectant and the Cutting shears in the trimmed healthy ends package. Or do i have to buy everything?

Also what are your delivery costs like?

Nat said...

Congratulations Dabs!!! Well done, I'm really impressed. I would like to know the answer to Enigma's question;: what are the delivery costs like?

Dabs said...

Thx dear! You can actually choose and pick what you want but unfortunately that won't qualify You for a free t-shirt! As for delivery costs, it depends on the total weight of the items you order but in the past I have charged 1k/1500 for delivery in Lagos and 2000/2500 for outside Lagos to any other part of the country. still working on a reasonable delivery service for international orders though. Shoot me an email when you have decided on what you want.

Dabs said...

Thanks a lot Nat, please see my reply above. Hope I'll enjoy your support!

Hi, Daboju,

I came across your blog when I was surfing the internet on how to get the relaxer SILK ELEMENT in Nigeria.

I would say that I am highly impress by your concern as regards to having a long hair irrespective of the fact that we are black in colour, please keep up the good work.

Dabo as regards to the relaxer, I need 2 SILK ELEMENT RELAXER (SUPER precisely, REGULAR doesn't work for me for I have a Stubborn hair ) and would love if you can give the entire cost of sending it over to me in WARRI.

Please I hope your charges are not pretty expensive. Notforgeting i sent an email to your box since last week. Please do check your box.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

I replied your mail, so sorry for the oversight.

Hi, do you have any product suggestions for kids hair? My daughter is two now and her hair doesn't seem to be getting longer, I don't know if it because of products I have used or haven't used. I braid her hair to keep it neat but I don't think it's helping it grow. And I'm not sure if kids get split ends. Any advice for me?

Dabs said...

Hi Abi,
Hair is hair, kids scalp might be more sensitive but if your hair gets split ends, so does your daughter. Please start her on a hair regimen that will gradually but sure restore her hair; find m post on building a hair regimen under the Hair regimen tag under my blog post categories on the right of the home page.

Hello

I m Eunice in Ghana. Any idea where i can these products or a blog in ghana I can buy it from

Hello dabs,
My nd insisted I go through your blog as he is a fan of long hair. I'm on short hair as I took the decision to cut my hair and it's been 9months since. My hair is rafia-like and my scalp is very tender so whenever I try to relax my hair, the scalp gets burnt and the hair doesn't relax at all. On short hair it has been easy for me to manage as I can wash and tong my hair by myself at home and it also does not eat into my pockets the way the weave-on' s and the braids do (I really dislike braids as it hurts my scalp and gives me headache for days and I hate weave-on). My scalp also flakes and itches like crazy and I use heads and shoulders to combat it. If I wanna grow my hair, what do I do?

Hi Dabs,
I have been keeping tabs on you, all year. Well done o! Just came across this page for beginners and wondered how I missed it all this time. Girl, you are too much. I have a real challenge o! I need your help. My hair sheds like crazy. I dread combing my hair as what remains on the comb when I'm done is simply disheartening :( . I do the LOC method, conversion inversion etc, I just started my 5th month of stretch. My hair on top of my undergrowth is sooooo thin. Please help me. Cheers

Hi Dabs,
Tell me am not the only guy to stop by here. Lol..
Seriously, I love this blog. I am happy for this! I stumbled into it thru my googling about why "99% of naija ladies" have short &scanty hair, and are always using fake hair. I so dislike this fake hairs and I believe many men also do. Even the ladies that carry low cut hair, can be ridiculous! Imagine when a lady removes a wig or wateva and presents viewers a bald or low-cut hair! It is such a ridiculous scene that it even embarrasses we guys viewing the show.
I have queried this widely held perception that naija hairs (African hair) can't grow and glow like that of the westerners. I have always believed that something is not right.
I am concerned about my two junior sisters and the girl child generally cos I believe that the hair of the woman makes her very beautiful and is a prestigious possession for her. Even the Holy Book says that the woman's glory is in her hair.. I wish ladies can stop all these persistent artificial hair carriage and start a healthy culture as taught by this site.
I have looked into a few things and see, as supported by this site, that the problem is lack of information and misinformation.
But Dabs, I do also think that the issue of forcing the girl child in many schools in Nigeria to cut hair until senior secondary class could be one cause of short hair. I am thinking that actions at those young age can have serious lifetime effects.. And come to think of it, its actually an infringement on the fundamental right of these female children.
Please, What do you think????
By the way, I'm as advertising this blog on my Facebook wall and twitter handle, straightaway!!!
Thanks for this. Keep it up!

Hello... I'm curious as to the steps to take before and after relaxing my hair. Not sure you have posted on this, I tried look for it

Blessing Offoga said...

Hello, I'm just starting my hair journey and stumbled upon your blog. I have already decided to start texlaxing with the ORS no base creme relaxer which I've been unable to get in Nigeria as almost everyone seems to be using the no-lye one but I found that you did not mention it the list of your recommended products. Could you please give me your take on it so I can decide and place my order. Thanks.
