Hiya,
How is going? Hope all is well ladies and Gents( from mails sent to me I have found that this blog also has a male following :) welcome welcome :)
This post is all about the Neriah Naturals Silk Aloe Leave-in Cream I purchased about two weeks ago from the natural event I talked about.

As goes for the Diamond in the Rough series, this product is proudly made by a Nigerian company (Can't confirm if it's actually made here) and the ingredients are as follows;

Water infused with marshmallow root (interesting), Aloe vera juice, Glycerin, BTMS(have no clue what this is), rice bran oil, coconut oil, honey, silk amino acid, vitamin B5, Centrimonium Chloride, Dimethicone, more chemicals ...and citric Acid.

The instructions say; apply liberally on dry or damp hair.

I got the 8oz bottle for N3500 (a bit pricey but when you think of the cost of production in a place like Nigeria you can understand why- for a quality product, I am ready to pay good money) When I looked at the ingredient list, smelt the product and looked at the consistency, I guessed it would be a good product and I must say, it has surely lived up to my expectations!!!
This product can very well be a substitute for The Silk Dreams Mocha Silk Hair Milk;

and the Darcy's botanical Coconut and  Lemongrass transitioning creme;

Both hair products I have used and LOVE!! So you must know how I feel about this product! I love it because of this;

When it says on the bottle of a product that it is a LEAVE IN, it should glide down the back of your hand just like this product and all good leave in creams do because this shows that it has good slip and will go on your hair smoothly but lightly without weighing your hair down.

I have used this product everyday on my hair and I like how it makes my hair feel moisturized and easy to comb, because of its creamy nature it has served the role of just being a moisturizer before I seal with an oil. It has a good smell-not antiseptic or medicinal like some Naija hair 'treatments' tend to smell, I think it smells like Aloe Vera...

As long as I can get a constant supply of this product, it will become a staple for me. I checked for them online and found them!!
Here's a link to their website- NERIAH NATURALS They have an entire range of products, a blog etc and yes even though I am not natural this product works for my hair and might work for your's too!

Ps; I have just put up my first beauty post-THE QUEST FOR THE PERFECT FOUNDATION on my DAB'S TALKS BEAUTY page HERE

Then I had to show you guys the master bedroom toilet revamp on my INTERIOR DECOR WITH DABS page HERE

Tell me what you think, as usual, thanks for stopping by!
