How's it going?! Today I have some GOOD news and some NOT SO GOOD news! Are you ready????
Let me start with the Good News! As I'm sure you have guessed, the good news is that the May SHOP NHCG import window has been open since the 1st of May and will close on the 7th. I have already been receiving quite a number of orders #ladiesbestockingupwhoopwhoop! Thanks for the support! Before I deliver the Not-so-good news, this month I'd love to recommend a product I got during last month's window on the advice of none other than Kelly ''Hair trigger' :)

She sent me a link to this product;


 Called Roots Only and let me just say, my lazy days are OVER since I started using it! It's the perfect way to apply oil and other mixes to your scalp in a jiffy!
Simply pour your oil/mix into the bottle...I mixed black castor, olive and grape seed oils and then corked the bottle with its multi pinned applicator mouth!

 Stick the mouth into your hair so it's resting on your scalp and squeeze the bottle to release the oil/mix; like this




The great thing about it is you can avoid spills and target specific areas on your scalp like your edges without wasting the oils, see me tackling my edges;

It's such a keeper because you can use it over and over again for tea rinses, apple cider vinegar rinses, henna applications, deep conditioners and other concoctions!! I highly recommend it to all those interested in taking advantage of May's window!

I will be bringing Roots Only in only on a pre-order basis because of the following Not-So-Good News;

SHOP NHCG will be going on Hiatus this Summer!! The last import window till the Hiatus is over is this month :( because from the month of June, I will not be in town and would hate to hold up anyone's products while I'm away(the woes of a one man business but don't worry I am restructuring) while I am away I will use the time to restructure and reposition Shop NHCG into the 21st century!! We are going digital; e-commerce digital so that you can simply pay for the products, choose your delivery option and have goods sent to you all in one swift action, you don't need to mail me, have me mail you back and all that hulla balu! This digital move will also come with some surprises that I will keep to myself for now but let me just say, if I can pull this off ( so help me God), I would be very proud of me!!!

You will still be reading very useful blog posts from me regularly while I'm away but the shop will be on a break to come back bigger and better, so please bare with me y'all!
