The Avocado- Every hairlista knows that this fruit is an essential for hair growth, we all have seen hair masks like these ones I made HERE and HERE, I have used the oil and love it but now let's focus on actually ingesting it. This fruit is packed with fatty acids which help nourish the body and promote shine to the hair. It also contains essential vitamins for healthy hair like Vitamin B and C. Eating it with foods that contain the anti oxidant called Lycopene helps to aid faster absorption of nutrients in the body. Faster absorption = faster hair growth!!
