NAIJA HAIR CAN GROW
Hiya,
Its the end of the month of July!! Wow how time flies!! For all the natural sistahs and wannabe naturals' I hope all the tips I put out there this month were worthwhile!!I had a blast putting up those posts and loved getting all your comments and reactions!! This post is just a recap to help sum up all the tips I have put out there since the beginning of this blog with regards starting a hair journey. It can be your one stop post for all of you with plans to start a hair journey not just for ladies going natural but for ladies with relaxed hair too.

The First thing I stressed was having a HAIR REGIMEN; You can check out my hair regimen post to know what a hair regimen is all about. The key to making it a hair regimen is CONSISTENCY, have a daily and weekend regimen, pick a day, pick a time and just go with it. Also watch out for results; take note of how your hair is reacting to your regimen and adjust what needs to be adjusted in it; for example if after a week of your regimen your hair still feels dry, then you know you need to condition and moisturize it more next week.

GET THE RIGHT PRODUCTS; I stressed that also in my Hair regimen post but let me also say that you don't need to use too much hair products especially when using the products on a daily basis, if you do, the products will weigh down your hair and make the hair limp looking (not a good look). Please use products in moderation!! For sealing with Olive oil, a simple dip into the bottle with a finger is enough!

GROWTH CHARTS; Have a growth chart, make a t-shirt or buy one that looks like the one below to help track your hair growth, if you can't be bothered to make or get a shirt, then you can simply take pictures of your hair every time you get a relaxer treatment. Its best to track your hair growth when your hair is straight but please do not forget to use a heat protectant when you straighten your hair. A growth chart will psychologically help you have goals for your hair and will make you expect to see results when ever you check and if you do not see results, it will spur you into action and make you work towards seeing results with your hair next time you check, just like an exam!!
GET TO KNOW YOUR HAIR; After all it is so close to you, do not treat it like a different entity all together, try and do things to it that you know it will tolerate and avoid things you know it cannot handle. Part of getting to know your hair entails;

Finding a good stylist that will treat your hair right; especially for those of you who cannot handle your own hair.
Not Following Trends; because Ghana Weaving looks good and is 'reigning' does not mean it is for everybody oh!! why will you put your hair through all that stress if you know your hair line will take a hit at the end. Don't dye your blonde like I did and then watch it fall out for the next 3months. Its just not worth it, Pick and choose which trends your hair can and cannot handle.

AVOID HEAT; as much as possible allow your hair to air dry rather than use a blow dryer. Hooded dryers are also better if you must use heat because of their even distribution of air. If you must use a blow dryer, use it with a diffuser to achieve the same effect as a hooded dryer and use it on a cool setting. With heat appliances like tongs and straighteners, keep usage to the minimum, and always use heat protection or oils( they serve the same purpose)

GET A TRIM OR HAIR CUT; when you need one. Check out my 'To trim or not to Trim Post' for more tips on this!!

Finally, STAY POSITIVE; do not give up on your hair, it can grow! If you need extra help from vitamins take them. Just know that growing your hair long and healthy takes effort.

 A friend of mine told me recently that she heard someone say I am obsessed about hair...my reaction to such a statement is simple; That person does not know the meaning of obsession!! How is taking BASIC steps to growing my hair healthy and long and starting a blog to help others do the same an obsession!! Its not like this is ALL I do with my life or all that occupies my mind! Truly a person making such a statement must have given up on her own hair and doesn't know where to start! To such a person I say pause on your criticism and read my blog just once it might clear things up for you, growing hair is not mad science at all!!

Oh well, enough with my little rant, the month of AUGUST I am dedicating my posts to all things EXTENSIONS, I am talking; care for extensions of all types; braids, weaves etc, What  not to do when getting extensions, exercising with extensions, the usual what's hot segment and so much more! So readers stay tuned and feel free to suggest more topics below for our EXTENSIONS MONTH! Hope you enjoyed this post and thanks for stopping by!

Ciao,
Dabs
Hiya,

It’s been a while! Hope you all are doing well!! This post is taking you all back to the basics! I have had at least two requests concerning HAIR TYPES and although I had earlier mentioned the different types of hair we have in my ‘How to transition to natural post’, I only brushed through it. This time around, I want to take my time and explain it to curious readers.

Basically, four major hair types have been formulated; Type 1 to 4. The higher the hair type, the tighter the curl! It’s that simple!

Type 1 hair is naturally straight (it does not need a relaxer to get it straight) and it does NOT grow from our scalp ( Naija or African scalp) but from Caucasian or Asian scalps. If you hear a babe claiming her hair is naturally straight, she is lying oh!! Or she is wearing a very good LACE WIG!!

Moving on, Type 2 hair is grown mostly by mixed race ladies, while the hair is usually coarse and prone to frizzing, it is a bit more manageable than type 3 or 4 because, just a little manipulation with a blow dryer can get it straight and getting back defined curls is not that difficult as the hair comes naturally like that. It is further sub divided into 2A, 2B and 2C. 2A being the thinner texture and 2C being the thicker texture. The hair strands are more wavy and can form the letter ‘S’. Celebrity Lisa Bonet has Type 2 hair!!

Type 3 hair also subdivided into 3A, 3B and 3C according to thickness and tightness of curl, 3C being the tightest curl pattern, is also very curly and full of body mostly forming ringlets. The owners of this type of hair most likely have some Caucasian/ Asian in them, though it does not have to be from their parents. The curls are usually tight and can be packed together in many strands causing the hair to be very prone to tangling but it can be easily styled like type 2 hair because of its elasticity. Our this month’s natural Hair Style Icon Nnneka has Type 3 hair

The final, most common hair type to us Naija babes is Type 4 hair. It is also subdivided into 4A and 4B according to thickness and tightness of curl. Type 4A hair is almost like type 3 hair because the curl is looser while the type 4B curl pattern is very tight and the strands form a Z rather than S. This hair is the most coarse hair type and its ends rather than curl softly, bend in sharp angles making this hair type the most fragile hair type to manage ( you see why growing our hair can be such a hassle). This hair type also does not retain as much moisture as other hair types and thus dries out easily; it is the most easily damaged by heat for this reason. Going natural with Type 4 hair needs a lot of patience and care so the hair remains healthy and strong. Because of its very tight curl, most people with Type 4 hair get a relaxer to loosen the curls and make it more manageable but you all by now know the relaxer has it own adverse effects and should be handled with care. Below is India Arie rocking her Type 4 hair but take note 'SHE IS NOT HER HAIR' :)

In sum, knowing what type of hair you have can help you better manage it and bring out the best in it especially if you want to stay natural. Note that one head of hair can have different type of hairs on it. It can have Type 4A at the back from Mummy, Type 4B in front from Dad’s sisters, Type 3C on the right side from grand aunty who was from the Caribbean and Type 3A on the left side from great grand papi who was from Egypt (Wide Grin) Hope you get my point any way… So as I said in my transition to natural hair post, before you join the band wagon of natural sistahs, study a strand of your hair, know your hair type and research on how best you can manage it! Hope this post is helpful especially to the readers who requested for it.

Thanks for stopping by,
Dabs

Its that time of the month where I showcase a celebrity whose hair style is off the chain and serves as inspiration to me hair wise. Well this month I have two celebrity style Icons for Natural Sistahs; I just could not resist putting these two ladies up! Not only are they full of great talent, they are also really gorgeous and own their style, I love it when a lady owns her style, it is just so appealing!

Without much ado, ‘Our Natural Style Icons of the Month’ are; singer/photographer-TY Bello and international singing sensation-Nneka!!!

TY BELLO;

Her signature look is this black, tightly curled, big mane of hair which frankly is a head turner especially as she pairs it with her full haired eyebrows and her unique eccentric African accessories!! There have been debates surrounding whether all this is her hair and in a recent article written in Bellanaija.com she had this to say,
'I take care of my hair a lot and then also I have very soft hair, its curly but it’s not as full as it looks. That’s as far as I can say.'
This statement confirmed that she might have a little help from time to time. Now as you know from what I said about last Month’s Icon Nike Oshinowo, I am definitely not against getting help from the extensions department as long a it looks natural and believable!! And TY Bello’s hair achieves just that! In fact so many ladies had already resolved in their hearts that all this is her hair until she made the statement suggesting otherwise!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HER STYLE;

She flaunts HEALTHY hair; her hair always looks well moisturized and oiled, her hair line is beautiful and full, no recession!!

AND

She keeps things SIMPLE; the afro is already enough of a head turner, so the most you would see her do is change her part or pack it up, no over accessorizing with beads on her hair or all sorts in the bid to look ‘Over African’

SIMPLE AND CHIC
SHE KEEPS THIS LOOK CLEAN EVEN WITH ACCESSORIES

Our next Icon is mixed race singer Nneka, she is half German and half Nigerian hence she has more of hair type 3 rather than our African hair type 4. Her curl pattern is looser and her hair though soft and manageable, is more prone to frizzing.

All that is basic information but what makes her our hair Icon is the way she styles her hair. When she first came out, she embraced the reggae/soul type genre of music and so a lot if her clothing was like this,

 Her hair too which is in its natural state, almost looked unkempt most times in fact she truly just looked like Bob Marley’s little sister!!

But have you seen her recently???? I’m telling you, you would make a double take!! This lady has transformed and like Ty, her hair is gorg!!

HER ON THE COVER OF A MAG WITH TY BELLO AND RAPPER SASHA!
JUST GORG!!!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HER STLE;
It is VERSATILE!! One day she is in a baggy jumpsuit and a blown out Afro;

NNEKA LOOKING STYLISH IN A MAGAZINE FEATURE!!

The next time you see her she’s in some heels, a cute outfit and 'something going on' with her hair. Well with hair like her’s you have no excuse but to be stylish with it!!

HOME GIRL'S STYLE IS ON FIRE!!

Another thing we love is that she embraces her hair in its NATURAL state;

Can you imagine if she got a relaxer, straightened her hair and got a side bang or a full fringe or Kardashian curls; she would look like every mixed race girl out there, we would loose the rawness of her personality ! I truly hope this one she has started dressing cute and sassy no one will talk her into loosing her natural locks, that’s what got her attention in the first place!!

FINALLY
 She just like her fellow Icon Ty Bello, keeps things SIMPLE! Here she is below with her hair simply held back to balance out her busy African print outfit!

Oh well, I have come to the end of yet another interesting Icon of the Month segment (for me at least ;) Hope you have enjoyed reading this post as much as I enjoyed putting it together and hope you can learn a few things from these Icon's styles!

Thanks for Stopping by,
Dabs

Hiya,
This post is focused on one of my favorite hobbies- SWIMMING!!Don't you just love the water!!
Okay hold uppppp!! do you know the chlorine in the pool is a hair killer?!if you do then what have you done to protect your hair from it? I would be the first to admit that I used to be guilty of getting changed into a bathing suit and jumping right into the pool without rinsing first under the shower! WRONG!!!No wonder my hair used to feel like straw after swimming!!Sometimes I'd be so lazy to wash my hair after a swim, I would just let the chlorine water dry with my hair!If you are as guilty as me oya raise ur hand now and pledge to repent ASAP!!

Let me tell you what chlorine does to your hair; it disrupts the complex hair structure responsible for color and breaks down the proteins in hair, essentially chopping them into smaller pieces that fall apart causing hair to be brittle, dry and dull in color!

So how can you avoid these horrible effects while enjoying one of your favorite hobbies?

First; NEVER go swimming with tangled hair!!make sure hair is detangled preferably as you wet it under the shower with FRESHWATER!Just gently use your wide tooth comb and go through your hair as the shower runs, removing snags and knots in the process;

So rather than your hair soaking up chlorinated water, it soaks up fresh water!

Step 2 would be the application of your favorite hair conditioner mixed with some hair oil(favorite here is  used for good measure :) What this would do is act as a block from the chlorinated water trying to be smart and penetrate into your hair shaft!!Mr Conditioner and Mr oil go just hold am, block am out! LOL

(in the mood for a lil pidgin English, Pardon me!)

Now you can go for a swim!!When your done back stroking and frogging, please I beeeeegggggg you, do not be too exhausted to attend to your hair! grab your shampoo and wash your hair out, at most twice, remember shampoos get their own drying wahala!! Then once again apply hair conditioner this time you can leave the oil out and then pop on your shower cap and preferably shower down with hot water so the steam from the shower will help your hair sweat out a bit! After you are done showering, (take your time to shower, Chlorine is bad for skin too) then you can rinse off your hair!!!

The result would be hair adequately protected from the adverse effects of evil Mr Chlorine!!If you are a beach lover, Miss SALT WATER is also a culprit for damaging and drying out hair so don't forget to repeat these steps at the beach as well!!If you cannot be bothered with all these steps then just get a swimming cap and make sure all your hair is covered by it!!

Hope this post is helpful! It is directed at ALL hair types, be it relaxed or natural! Thanks so much for all your support, Naija hair can grow!! now has a group on facebook for even more updates!! check it out

Hiya,
How has your weekend been? Mine has been very relaxing! Started Saturday morning with my usual hair treatments. You see, EVERY weekend I choose a hair treatment to indulge my hair in and I either apply the treatment on Friday night into Saturday morning or I just wait till Saturday and apply the treatment and wait a few hours. If you noticed, I have put EVERY in caps lock for emphasis because recently, a friend of mine said she cannot imagine 'washing' her hair every week!! She thought it to be just impossible! If you are like her and feel its too much of a hassle or it is not good for your hair, you are partly right and partly wrong!

WASHING your hair with shampoo every week may not be advisable because most shampoos have Sulphates that actually strip your hair off good hair oils and leave hair dry and brittle in fact most of them just OVER CLEAN your hair which is not good HOWEVER leaving your hair for more than one week without any drop of water touching it is a great injustice to your hair because that is what your hair needs the most especially on the path of recovery!!But just water is not enough and  that is why I incorporate hair treatments with their different variations according to my hair needs at the moment. They include; my deep conditioning protein treatment which I introduced you all to in my 'How to Relax Naija Hair Post', consisting of eggs, mayonnaise, conditioner and oils, because of the eggs, I do this on Saturday mornings instead of Friday nights but sometimes I leave the eggs out, resulting in a plain deep conditioning treatment of just oils and conditioner. Most times I do this treatment, my hair is in dire need of moisture and softening so I apply it on Friday night and stay overnight and wash out on Saturday.

Other variations to the deep conditioning protein treatment is the addition of honey or molasses (you know what these do from my last post). I also do a hot oil treatment especially when my scalp is itching which entails heating up some essential oils in the microwave for few minutes and sectioning your hair and applying it from your scalp to the tips of your hair, then wrapping your hair with a warm towel or wearing a shower cap and chilling under a hooded dryer.

 Well, this Saturday I choose to do an Avocado Hair Mask treatment. I started off by scooping the avocado from its skin and mashing it( below)
This Avocado cost N150

(Have a special bowl and utensils for these concoctions!lol!) Next, I added conditioner and oils,
Finally, I divided my hair into two sections and applied the mixture line by line, root to tip to my hair
I covered my hair with a shopping bag and then a shower cap and waited around for about an hour and a half and then washed my hair out. Quick Tip; You know when your is ready to be washed out when it starts to sweat out and the treatment starts dripping out of your cap!!

Also please wash out the avocado bits thoroughly with WATER!!leave the shampoo out of this!! You see, after these treatments you do not have to treat your hair like you have just done a relaxer and you want to make sure you wash all the relaxer out! You do not have to wash your hair 5times! if you do, you have just defeated the purpose of the treatment. Sometimes especially when I just do a conditioning treatment, I do not even wash my hair with shampoo, that is what is called a CO-WASH. Just rinse the conditioner off or finish up with one of the rinses I told you guys about in my last post and you are good to go!

WHAT I ACHIEVE FROM THESE TREATMENTS;
You see, when your hair is freshly relaxed, easy to comb and manage you might not value these treatments at all but when your new growth starts to surface and you are seeing strands upon strands of hair fall out, you must respond with any of these treatments because they leave your hair soft, manageable, reduce breakage, promote shine and give your hair strength. On the other hand, If you choose to ignore your hair and wait for two weeks to give it attention, your hair will respond accordingly.

 If you have not suffered breakage from not doing these treatments, well that's fine but just imagine how well your hair will respond and grow if you started these weekend treatments! Your hair results could double!!
Give them a try and enjoy yourself while doing them, look at it as all part of the weekend luxuriation! Hope you enjoyed this post!

Hiya,
How has your week been? When last did you open your Refrigerator to get a product for your hair?! Did you know that most of the things in your fridge are useful and will help make your hair healthy and strong? Well this post will introduce you to those natural everyday products that you can throw in your shopping cart when next you go grocery shopping!

Let’s Start with Products

 FOR STRONGER HAIR!

In my ‘How to relax Naija hair’ post, I introduced you guys to my deep conditioning treatment which included EGGS and MAYONNAISE from my fridge! Eggs are great for strengthening hair due to the protein they contain which our hair strands are made up of and mayonnaise contains eggs and oil as well. So feel free to add these to your regimen for stronger, lustrous hair!!

FOR MOISTURE and SHINE;

HONEY is a humectant(retains moisture) and thus when used as a treatment (add it to your deep conditioning treatment) it helps our hair retain moisture and shine. You can also mix honey with FRESH CREAM! It serves as a great conditioning hair mask! All you need do is apply it on your hair, cover your hair with a shower cap and sit with it for 30 to 45 mins or an hour and then rinse!

Another great ‘Fridge Product’ is VINEGAR! Half a tablespoon of Vinegar ( Preferably Apple Cider Vinegar) mixed with a cup of water is great as a rinse after shampooing your hair and will help stop itching, curb dandruff and promote softer, shiny hair because it’s acidity helps balance the PH levels of our hair.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Or good ol' normal vinegar!

MOLASSES is a sweetener made from sugar cane and looks like pancake syrup( though it isn’t oh) when applied to the hair it helps add moisture and conditions it, making hair softer and more manageable. I add it to my deep conditioning treatment occasionally, be careful when using it though because it can be messy!

AVACADOES;
They might be delicious, but they are also great as a hair mask for added moisture and shine and also said to curb dandruff! Their oil is perfect for conditioning and all it takes is scooping out the avocado from its skin, mashing it and putting it on your hair. The first time I tried it, my hair felt great but it took me that whole weekend to take out avocado bits from my hair, so make sure you thoroughly wash it out from your hair or stand the risk of people staring at your hair funny. You can always get the oil if you can’t stand the hassle!

FOR LENGTH RETENTION;

The goal of every hair journey is hair growth and hair growth is only noticeable if there is minimal shedding or breakage. While breakage can be curbed by conditioning, over shedding is trickier! But don’t worry, a BLACK TEA rinse will take care of it. Lipton Tea (every Naija babe should know this tea) is an example of black tea and it is said that the caffeine from the tea blocks DHT (the hormone responsible for hair shedding). So its use will ensure that hair does not over shed! All you need to do is fill a bowl with water, place two or more tea bags in the bowl, pop it in the microwave for a few minutes and allow the tea to brew, when it’s cool, rinse your hair after you have shampooed. An added benefit of doing Black tea rinses for those who are graying is that it darkens your hair!

FOR NATURAL HIGHLIGHTS;

Grab a LEMON! It’s a safe way to lighten your hair naturally. Just slice it up and use its juice on your hair either in streaks or all round, lounge under the sun or near natural light for a bit and then rinse. Repeat often until you start to see results!

So you see my dear readers, please do not underestimate the power of a fridge raid!! Raid your fridge today because you never know what you might find, better still stock up on these natural products because they are much better(in terms of price and quality) than the so called hair products out there with a whole bunch of ‘phosphate chloroxide benzionate phospites!!’ LOL. Also because they are in the fridge, they are cold and will be soothing on your hair and promote shine! Hope you enjoyed this post, feel free to add to my list of products if you know any more, we all want to help each other bring out the best in our hair.

Thanks for Stopping by,
Dabs

The What’s HOT?! Segment of this blog aims to highlight hair trends and keep you in the know, well my Natural sisters or wannabe naturals’ rocking an AFRO BLOW OUT is HOT!! The 70’s are back! Retro dresses and shoes everywhere, why not complete the look and step out with an Afro Blow Out!
SEVENTIES ARE BACK!!Spot a FRO!!

 This look is show stopping, head turning, can be jaw dropping or cause some tongue waging and frankly it is soooo not for the faint hearted!! So be warned, if you don’t like people staring at you, are self conscious or would rather not be perceived as a DIVA, forget this look!! But if you are in the mood for some DIVA notoriety please indulge J

I love this look because if you have natural hair it is really easy to achieve! Just moisturize and seal your hair,apply heat protectant on your ends, spray very little holding spray or mousse, apply some leave in conditioner for detangling, use the comb attachment of your blow dryer and blow dry upwards, making your fro puff as big as you want. After blow drying, spray on some more holding spray( Do not over do on the spray though, we do not want a stiff Fro now do we!!) and VIOLA!!

If you are relaxed like me, you can always get a WIG!! Below is a picture of me rocking my Divalicious ‘Nia Girl’ AFRO WIG by Freetress!! Love it!!

The key to wigs is making them look as natural as possible; get one that suits your skin tone, that you can blend with your natural hair and that looks believable, so if you are dark skinned please forget that platinum blonde afro wig that looks like it belongs to Marilyn Monroe, except you want all the wrong attention! Also look for a wig you can tweak to suit you and that does not tangle easy!

HOT Afro Wig!!

For a Tamer look, Try Genevieve's Half Fro!!Achieved by Pining up  the back of your Fro.

Whatever you do though, keep it classy as you rock your Afro Blowout because it’s HOT!!! I hope you enjoyed this post, stay tuned to this blog and feel free to partake by dropping a comment, message or suggestion!

You all saw the picture of Naomi Campbell in my very first Post ‘The Scary Truth’. Her hairline now starts from behind her ears!! Is there any hope for her? by the time she is 50 would she have gone bald? If you are like Naomi and have a receding hair line, Don’t Panic! Help has come!!

1.First thing you must do my dear is to get rid of that cotton pillow case that has started having ‘craw craw’( bubbles!lol) The way the cotton threads are being knotted together and forming bubbles is the way your hair line is being knotted and pulling off!! Get a silk pillow case, a silk scarf or a silk hair bonnet. If you can’t find silk bedding then quick tip; you can have your sleep pillow!! Buy a silk throw pillow and use that. Make sure it has a removable cover so you can wash it. I buy my throw pillows from Alibert for N1000, Game at the Palms Lekki has some for N3000 each

2. Get yourself some CASTOR OIL. Castor Oil has been proven to stimulate growth at the temple and nape of hair with constant massaging. The type that particularly works for receding hairlines is the Jamaican Black Castor Oil, I have never used it but I have seen magnificent results as a result of its use. In naija you can get Castor Oil from any good pharmacy like Health Plus or Med Plus. I have not seen the Jamo type here though.

3. MASSAGE!! Whatever you do, the most important step to get your hair line back is constant massage of the affected area. The massaging stimulates the hair follicles and aids in blood circulation thereby causing the hair to grow back. Be systematic in your massaging though, place your fingers on the affected area and use a circular clockwise motion and count up to ten and the use an anti clockwise motion and count up to 10 again, then repeat as often as you'd like!

4. AVOID tugging and pulling!! Hairstyles that will tug and pull at your hair line should be the ENEMY!! Abeg Yanga no b by force!! If the Yanga will lead to you looking like Naomi its not worth it jor!!

5. When getting a relaxer, let your hair line be the VERY LAST place to apply your relaxer and do not use the teeth of your comb to straighten your hair line, use the bone of your comb, that way with minimal impact, you will preserve the hair on your hair line from falling out due to the harsh relaxer treatment.

6. Make sure you WASH OUT the relaxer thoroughly!! Relaxer residue has destroyed many hairlines, concentrate on getting the neutralizing shampoo to get out every trace of relaxer on your hair line.

7. STOP using HARD BRUSHES on your hair line, I know you want your hair sleek and straight but using a brush with hard bristles will pull out your hair while achieving that look, instead…..USE A TOOTHBRUSH!! Naija babes you be doing this since, don’t form!! Its also saving the planet, less waste J. Keep it clean though, when the tooth brush don dey turn black abeg throway!!lol

8. Keep your Cleanser or Toner AWAY from your hair line especially if it contains alcohol. The alcohol will dry out your hair line, make it brittle and break it off!

9. Stay away from GELS too, especially if they have alcohol, same negative effect plus GELS ARE SO 90’s!

10. Take Vitamins! Our food does not contain all the nutrients we need. So if you have receding hair line and need that extra boost, purchase a skin and hair multivitamin or take biotin or any B complex vitamin. When I started my hair journey I used to take biotin everyday, I don’t know if it helped as much because your eyes see what they wanna but I know they caused a little break out on my face. So be careful and look out for side effects of these vitamins but in general they are safe and it won’t hurt trying them out!

I hope listing these 10 THINGS to curb a receding hair line has helped, please do not think only people with relaxed hair can have receding hair lines, below is a picture of a lady with a receding natural hair line.

…. So these tips apply to you natural sistahs also!! Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoyed the post, feel free to drop a comment!!
